What to include

You will get a faster answer if your first message already contains the details we would otherwise have to ask for:

  • Order questions: your order number and the email address used at checkout.
  • Activation problems: the product and edition, and the exact error code shown on screen.
  • Compatibility questions: your operating system version and whether your device is 64-bit or 32-bit.
  • Refund requests: your order number and the reason for the request. Please read our Refund Policy first, because some restrictions apply once a license has been disclosed.
