Fahymas Licensing is an independent retailer of digital software licenses and physical graphics cards operated by Fahymas LLC. Fahymas Licensing is the customer-facing brand name; Fahymas LLC is the legal entity responsible for the website, the sale of products, and customer contracts.
Relationship with Microsoft Corporation
FAHYMAS LLC holds Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Indirect Reseller registration at company level. That registration does not make this an official Microsoft channel, does not extend to the licensing terms of any individual software product, and does not authorize or endorse graphics-card sales on behalf of any GPU manufacturer.
Fahymas Licensing is not the Microsoft Store, is not an official Microsoft website, and does not act as an agent or representative of Microsoft Corporation. Any statement to the contrary, wherever it may appear, should be treated as incorrect and reported to us using the contact details on our support page.
Any change to that status is reflected on this page and on our Licensing and Authenticity page, described precisely and limited to exactly what the underlying Microsoft documentation grants.
Trademark ownership
Microsoft, Windows, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office, Office, and related names, logos, product names, and service names are trademarks or registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation in the United States and other countries.
All other product names, company names, brands, and logos referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners. No claim of ownership is made by Fahymas LLC over any third-party trademark.
How we use product names
We refer to Microsoft product names on this website for one purpose only: to identify accurately which product a customer is buying. Using a trademark to describe the genuine product being offered for sale is necessary for customers to understand what they are purchasing.

Software sold through this website is created, owned, and supported by its respective manufacturer. Your use of that software is governed by the license terms supplied by the software manufacturer, not by Fahymas LLC.
Fahymas LLC provides support relating to your order, your purchase, and the information required to obtain and activate the product you bought. Support for the operation of the software itself is provided by the software manufacturer under its own terms.
