This policy explains what personal information Fahymas LLC collects through fahymaslicensing.com, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. It describes the systems this website actually runs.

Who is responsible for your data

Fahymas LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company trading as Fahymas Licensing, is the business responsible for personal information collected through this website.

What we collect and why

When you place an order

We collect your name, email address, billing address, shipping address for physical orders, telephone number where supplied or needed for delivery, and order details. We use this information to process payment, email software licenses, ship physical graphics cards, provide support, handle returns and refunds, and maintain required accounting and tax records.

For software orders, we send license information to the checkout email address. For graphics-card orders, we use the shipping address to arrange physical delivery. Please check both before placing an order.

When you contact support

Our support form collects your name, email address, and message, plus your telephone number, order number, and product where you choose to supply them. This is sent to our support mailbox and used only to answer you.

When you use live chat

Our live chat is provided by Tawk.to. If you open a chat, Tawk.to processes the content of your messages, your IP address, browser and device information, and the pages you viewed, and stores the conversation so we can follow it up. Do not send payment card details or passwords through chat.

When you create an account

If you register, we store your email address, a hashed password, and your order history so you can view past orders and retrieve your license information. An account is optional and you can check out as a guest.

Automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used for security and diagnosing faults. The analytics and advertising services described below also collect information automatically.

Payment information

We do not see or store your full card number or PayPal login credentials. Stripe processes card payments made through its checkout option; PayPal processes payments made through PayPal. We receive payment status and limited transaction information needed to manage the order and any approved refund.

Stripe acts as an independent controller of the payment data it collects and processes it under its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy. When you choose PayPal, PayPal processes information needed for the transaction under its Privacy Statement.

Analytics and advertising

We use the following Google services to understand how the site is used and to measure whether our advertising works:

Google Tag Manager Loads and manages the measurement tags described in this section.
Google Analytics 4 Measures how visitors find and move through the site. Sets analytics cookies.
Google Ads Measures whether a visit that began from a Google advertisement resulted in a purchase. Sets advertising cookies.
Google Merchant Center Receives our product data so items can appear in Google Shopping listings, and receives purchase data to measure those listings.
Jetpack Stats Aggregate visitor statistics provided by Automattic.

These services receive your IP address, the pages you view, and the actions you take on the site, including completing a purchase. Google processes that data under its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. Automattic’s policy is at automattic.com/privacy.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Advertising measurement of this kind may be treated as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under some United States state privacy laws. See Your choices below for how to opt out.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal information for money.
  • We do not share it with data brokers.
  • We do not load fonts from third-party servers. Our typefaces are hosted on our own server.
  • We do not use social media tracking pixels.
  • We do not build profiles about you beyond the advertising measurement described above.

Who your information is shared with

Stripe Payment processing and fraud screening for card payments made through Stripe.
PayPal Payment processing and fraud screening when you choose PayPal at checkout.
Google Analytics, advertising measurement, and Shopping product listings.
Automattic Jetpack aggregate visitor statistics.
Tawk.to Live chat. Receives chat content, IP address and browsing context when you open a chat.
Hostinger Website hosting and email. Stores the site database and server logs.
Shipping providers For physical orders, the delivery provider receives the name, shipping address, and contact details needed to transport the package and provide delivery updates.
Professional advisers and authorities Accountants, and law enforcement or regulators where we are legally required to disclose.

Cookies

This website uses cookies in three groups.

Strictly necessary WooCommerce cart and session cookies, the WordPress login cookie if you sign in, and a LiteSpeed cookie used to serve the correct cached page. The cart and checkout do not work without these.
Analytics Set by Google Analytics and Jetpack Stats to measure site usage. Not required to shop.
Advertising Set by Google Ads to measure whether an advertisement led to a purchase. Not required to shop.

Live chat may also set a cookie so a conversation continues if you move between pages.

Your choices

You can limit or stop the optional collection described above at any time:

  • Browser controls. Any browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking analytics and advertising cookies will not affect your ability to buy; blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop the cart working.
  • Google Analytics opt-out. Google publishes a browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Google advertising settings. You can control personalised advertising at myadcenter.google.com.
  • Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to stop sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Ask us directly. Email contact@fahymaslicensing.com with the subject “Do not sell or share my personal information” and we will apply it to your records.

Your privacy rights

We sell to customers in the United States. Depending on the state you live in, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we hold about you and how it is used;
  • request a copy of that information;
  • ask us to correct it if it is wrong;
  • ask us to delete it;
  • opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; and
  • not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.

To make a request, email contact@fahymaslicensing.com or call +1 (502) 497-4280. We may need to verify your identity first, normally by confirming details of an order you placed. We will respond within the time the applicable law allows, and we do not charge for a reasonable request.

Deleting your data does not override our legal duty to retain transaction records for tax and accounting purposes.

Do Not Track

Browsers can send a Do Not Track signal, but there is no agreed industry standard for responding to it, so we do not respond to it. We do honour the Global Privacy Control signal as described above.

How long we keep information

Order and transaction records Retained as long as required by United States tax and accounting law, normally at least seven years.
Support and chat correspondence Retained while needed to resolve your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Account data Retained until you ask us to close your account.
Analytics data Retained according to the retention period set in Google Analytics.
Server logs Retained for a short period for security and diagnostics.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Card data never reaches our servers. Access to order data is limited to those who need it to run the business. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the data we hold.

Where your information is processed

We operate from the United States and sell to customers in the United States. Our hosting, payment, chat and analytics providers may process data in the United States and in other countries where they operate.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be described clearly rather than absorbed silently into the text.
